SHIPPING POLICY

Transmission shipping is arranged individually based on the unit, destination, and delivery requirements. Before dispatch, we confirm the shipping address, contact telephone number, receiving hours, and whether the location has equipment to unload the shipment. Freight charges and any requested liftgate or residential service are shown in the quote or order confirmation. We release the shipment after payment and required order details are complete.

The transmission is prepared and secured for transport with appropriate protection for exposed connections and external components. When available, tracking or freight-reference information is provided after dispatch. Transit times are estimates supplied for the chosen route and service. Weather, terminal schedules, delivery appointments, and other carrier conditions may change the expected delivery date. Buyers should schedule installation after the shipment is received and checked rather than relying on an estimated arrival date.

Check the shipment count, packaging, and visible condition before signing the delivery paperwork. Record visible damage on the carrier's receipt and take photographs of the package, identification labels, and affected components. Notify us promptly about shortages or damage, preferably within three business days for visible issues, and retain the packaging while we help review the shipment. Report concealed damage when discovered. If a delivery is refused, missed, or redirected, the carrier may charge additional transport or storage fees; we will explain the available next steps. Pickup orders require a confirmed appointment and suitable equipment to secure and load the transmission.
