Legal notice
LEGAL POLICY
Transmission compatibility must be assessed using the complete unit identification and vehicle information. Gear count and transmission family names are not sufficient on their own. Before ordering, the buyer should review the vehicle identification number, transmission code, driveline configuration, electrical connections, and any programming requirements with the installer. We record any fitment representation we make in the written order so the selected unit can be checked against that representation.
Only the components described in the invoice are part of the purchase. Torque converters, clutches, mechatronic assemblies, control modules, shifter hardware, and accessories should not be assumed to be included. Manufacturer names and codes are used for product identification and do not imply a manufacturer endorsement or business affiliation. A product description also does not promise a particular result for a custom conversion or modified vehicle unless that commitment is expressly included in the written order.
Installation should follow the procedures and specifications for the exact vehicle and transmission. The installer should review cooler contamination, fluid requirements, clutch or converter condition, programming, and any other supporting work before operation. Buyers are responsible for giving accurate order and delivery information; we remain responsible for fulfilling the written order and any obligations imposed by law. Please retain invoices and written communications for fitment questions, shipping issues, and return requests. Nothing in these terms removes protections or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
